GENERAL
All our products are stored in tight temperature-controlled freezing facilities before delivery. A specially designed insulated bag is used when delivering your goods to ensure the products’ temperatures are kept at its optimal level.
All our products are created to add convenience to the consumers, hence they are easy to store. Just keep them in the freezer of your refrigerator.
If you are purchasing directly from our website – you can contact us at info@johasinar.com . We will notify you once the product(s) is(are) available.
Alternatively if you are purchasing from our Agents/Stockists – you may contact them directly.
You can visit our official Website or Facebook to receive first-hand update of the latest promotions and products launch.
We recognize the importance of all the personal data you have entrusted to us hence it is our responsibility to comply to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
1. Agents
Visit our website and select the Agents Category. Complete all the information required.
Make a minimum purchase of 30 packs (can be Mix & Match) and you are all ready to be our authorized Agent.
2. Stockists
Visit our website and select the Stockist Category. Complete all the information required.
Make a minimum purchase of 150 packs (can be Mix & Match) and viola you are now our authorized Stockist in your area.
You are most welcome to drop by anytime during our office hours : 9.30am-6.30pm (Mondays to Saturdays). Our office will be closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
ORDER
Thank you for your interest in our products. You may place orders of our products :-
- Directly from our website (for direct customers, limited to Klang Valley areas only)
- From our appointed Agents/Stockists
In your dashboard, please click the . Then, the status will be shown according to your delivery preference.
- Pickup
- On-hold: Your payment is under review.
- Processing: Your order is being managed by our team.
- Completed: You have picked up the order.
- Delivery
- On-hold: Your payment is under review.
- Processing: Your order is being managed by our team.
- Delivering: Your order is currently being delivered and you will receive it within few days.
- Completed: The order has been delivered and received.
Unfortunately, option to reserve is not available. All our orders are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis.
Alternatively if you are purchasing from our Agents/Stockists – you may contact them directly.
1) You may log in to your account to check the order status.
2) An e-mail notification will also be sent to you if your order is confirmed.
3) Check with your bank if your card was charged and contact customer service if your card was charged but the order is not confirmed.
Yes, you can cancel your confirmed order within 2 hours. Kindly drop us an e-mail with the reason for cancelling the order at sales@johasinar.com and the respective refund will be made accordingly to your bank account.
PAYMENT METHOD
All transactions are made in Malaysia Ringgit(MYR) via Ipay88 on our website, a payment gateway that accepts the following stated below:
- Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard
- Local Bank Online Transfer: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, AmBank, Alliance Online, Pbe Bank, RHB Now, Bank Islam, FPX, Web Cash, BSN, Bank Rakyat, Affin Bank, and UOB
- Debit Card
- Cash payment at our office or via the nearest Stockists or Agents in your area.
Here are some common errors and solutions for you:
- Your credit card/debit card may have expired: kindly ensure your card is valid at the date of purchase.
- You may have insufficient funds or exceeded your credit limit: kindly contact your bank.
- You may have entered the wrong information: kindly ensure all payment details keyed in are correct.
DELIVERY/SELF COLLECTION
- Standard Delivery for Klang Valley : 1- 3 working days
- Outstation Delivery : 1-5 working days
- Express Delivery : Currently not available yet. However, if you require your order urgently, do drop us a message at sales@johasinar.com
Notes:
1) If your area does not fall within our delivery coverage, please let us know so we can try to arrange delivery for you.
2) Please note that delivery time may be extended during peak periods. We will notify you should there be any delay in the processing of your order. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Our operating hours are :
- Mondays – Saturdays : 9.30am – 6.30 pm
- Sundays & Public Holidays : Closed
- For same day pickup, order must be placed online by 1.00pm and collection can be made from 2.00pm to 6.30 pm
- Orders that are made after 1.00pm, self-collection can be done on the next working day (9.30am – 6.30pm).
It is advisable that you be available at your chosen preferred delivery time. Our delivery personnel will attempt 3 calls to you. If you fail to answer or accept the delivery after these attempts, the goods will be returned to warehouse accordingly. Extra charges will be imposed for re-delivery of any orders.

RETURN & REFUND
We do not accept any goods returns after they are received by our customers. Therefore please check that goods ordered are received in good condition upon delivery. However, in very rare situation where our products are found defective or expired, you may return the goods to us. For more information, please contact our customer service at info@johasinar.com
Refunds is only applicable for cancellation of your confirmed order within 2 hours. Kindly drop us an e-mail with the reason for cancelling the order at sales@johasinar.com and the respective refund will be made accordingly to your bank account.
Unfortunately our Dim Sums are perishable items, hence goods sold are not exchangeable. Kindly check your orders at the order summary page before checking out.
Orders are not eligible for a cash refund unless stated otherwise.
Reasons below are not considered defective :
- Slight variations on product colour from website images.
- Slight product measurement variation.
- Minor item imperfections, such as shape deformity, etc.
- Self-inflicted damage to the item.
Notes
- If your reason does not fall under any of the above, our sincerest apologies for sending you a defective or wrong item! Please take a snapshot of the item and send us an email or contact our customer service at management@johasinar.com. We will revert to you once we have assessed the issue.
- We will reimburse you the postage charge for items deemed defective/incorrect. Replacement will only be given for faulty items. In the event if the replacement product is no longer available, we will replace with another of a similar value.
